30 Things to do in Your 30s

Turning 30 can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It did for me. Then again, I also felt as though there is this whole new opportunity to live out new goals and accomplish the things I didn’t get to do in my 30’s. I feel grateful for all the experiences I was able to have in my 20s and all the obstacles I not only overcame but all the blunders I was able to avoid.

  1. Join a networking group
  2. Breakup with toxic friends
  3. quit your top 3 worst habits
  4. spend more time with people who ring value to your life
  5. Pursue your daydream – live out your ambitions
  6. Travel to a place or places that you’ve always wanted to visit
  7. Begin saving more money each paycheck
  8. Journal in the morning or before each day to release your thoughts and ideas
  9. Treat yourself to better self-care
  10. Decide whether or not if you want to have children
  11. Practice mindfulness and awareness to be present in the moment
  12. Use eye cream religiously
  13. Continue to learn new things – an instrument, politics, different language, history, hobby, etc.
  14. Wake up earlier than you need to
  15. Maintain a healthy diet
  16. Stay hydrated
  17. Become friends with people much older than you
  18. Let go of the baggage from your past (relationships, childhood trauma, etc)
  19. Unplug a few times a day to increase your productivity and focus on work or those around you in person
  20. Set goals for yourself at the start of the week
  21. Incorporate exercise as part of your lifestyle
  22. Work on not letting people get the best of your emotions
  23. Seek spiritual growth
  24. Invest in quality over quantity
  25. Get serious about your career
  26. Create a productively fulfilling morning routine
  27. Focus on building solid relationships
  28. Be consciously grateful for all the blessing in your life
  29. Practice being transparent and honest rather than pretending to e anything you’re not
  30. Upgrade your wardrobe
